RETURNS MADE EASY
In the effort to make returns an eco-friendlier process, we have discontinued the use of paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can process your return online using your order number and email.
You can return unworn items within 14 days. Returns from Germany and Austria are free of charge. As soon as we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your goods. After reviewing the return, we will issue a refund based on the payment method you initially selected. The processing and refund can take up to 14 days. See our cancellation policy for more information.
GOODS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Please make sure that all returned goods are in their original condition and are sent back to us in their original packaging, including the label. Of course, it’s okay to try on an item as you would in a store, but please don’t wear items you are returning.
RETURNS FROM ABROAD
You also need to register returns from outside Germany and Austria in our returns portal. Please note that we cannot provide you with a DHL return label in this case. Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods from these countries are to be borne by you.
